Accessibility Statement

GetNorthPath is committed to making our public website more accessible to people of all abilities. We are continually improving; your feedback helps us prioritise what to fix first.

1. Our goal

We aim to support accessibility best practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a target for new and updated content. The site may not yet meet every success criterion in every place.

2. What we are working on

We focus on: readable typography and colour contrast, keyboard use for key flows, form labels, alternative text for meaningful images, and semantic page structure. Legacy pages, embedded tools from third parties, and high-density design mockups may not yet be fully accessible.

3. Third-party content

Portions of the site (for example embedded scheduling) are controlled by other providers. We request accessible experiences from our vendors and will note limitations where we are aware of them.

If you have difficulty using any part of getnorthpath.com—including with assistive technology—please contact us. Include the page and a short description of the issue, and if possible, the browser and assistive tool you are using. We will try to offer an alternative and to plan a fix where we can.
