Full-stack / platform engineer
Own features across our web app, integrations, and the glue between AI services and a secure document pipeline. TypeScript, React, and a bias for clarity count.
Product design (UX & content)
Turn complex IRCC flows into calm, testable experiences. Work closely with support and compliance so the UI matches what applicants actually do.
Immigration operations / RCIC liaison
Support consultant workflows, quality review, and how we keep advice inside professional boundaries while scaling the platform.
Partnerships & community
Help us grow with ethical partners: settlement orgs, educators, and teams who serve newcomers across Canada.
